Senior UX/UI Designer

What you will do

• Designing wireframes, interfaces, and interactive prototypes for web services, mobile, and web applications

• Conducting user research, plan A/B tests, analyzing data, and optimizing conversions

• Organizing and leading workshops with users and business stakeholders to thoroughly understand everyone’s needs and expectations

• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role, supported by a portfolio

• Very good English skills (minimum B2 level)

• Experience in designing and optimizing e-commerce platforms

• Proactive attitude, with the ability to defend your design decisions and implement your own ideas

• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., HotJar)

• Ability to design interactive prototypes and stay up to date with the latest UI trends

• Experience in UX research, A/B testing, and conducting workshops with both business and users

• Analytical mindset – able to draw conclusions from data and turn them into concrete actions

• Understanding that good UX is not only about user satisfaction but also about achieving business goals
