What you will do
- Taking care of fast and professional service of requests
- Receiving and recording service requests
- Resolving technical problems
- Coordinating prompt and appropriate responses to requests, including forwarding enquiries and monitoring the subsequent process
You are ideal candidate if you have
- Highly developed communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to think analytically and quick solving of the real causes of problems
- Good knowledge of Microsoft systems and software (Windows, Office, Active Directory)
- Ability to explain technical issues in a way that is accessible to users
- Very good knowledge of English
- Availability to office work shifts between 8:00-18:00
