Job description

What you will do

  • Ensuring professional customer service
  • Day-to-day technical support via telephone and e-mail
  • Receiving and recording service requests
  • Resolving simple technical problems
  • Coordinating prompt and appropriate responses to requests, including forwarding enquiries and monitoring the subsequent process

You are ideal candidate if you have

  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Technical education and analytical thinking skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft systems and software (Windows, Office, Active Directory)
  • Ability to explain technical issues in a way that is accessible to users 
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Availability to work shifts between 8:00-18:00
