Whistleblower Protection

We would like to inform you that based on Article 24(1) of the Act on the Protection of Whistleblowers dated June 14, 2024, Axabee Sp. z o.o. (Axabee) has implemented the Procedure for Reporting Legal Violations and Taking Follow-Up Actions – Whistleblower Protection. 

As part of this procedure, you have the right to report any legal violations, including actions or omissions that are against the law or intended to circumvent it, in all areas specified by the Act and the procedure — provided that this information was obtained in the context of your work at Axabee. This procedure allows for reporting violations by employees, collaborators, interns, or employees of contractors associated with Itaka. 

To make a report, we encourage you to use the confidential reporting channel (platform): 

If you are an employee/collaborator of Axabee, please log into the platform using the username and password provided by Axabee in the announcement about the procedure. 

If you are an employee of an external entity (contractor of Axabee), please reach out to us at: axabee_sygnalista@safelink.pl. 

Please note that your personal data shared in connection with the report will not be disclosed to unauthorized persons unless such disclosure is made with the explicit consent of the whistleblower or is required by law.
