Job description
Since the inception of Axabee in 2012 we provide innovative IT products and services that support our clients to achieve their goals by building user-centric digital products that bring real value. Our team specializes in the travel and e-commerce industry, and collaborates with renowned brands like Itaka and Čedok. We have one common goal – to show millions of users of mobile and web applications that technology should empower us to overcome our limitations. Help us achieve our ambitious goals by joining our team as IT Project Manager.
What you will do
- Cooperate daily with a dedicated IT team (Developers, Testers, UX Designers, DevOps)
- Create a long-term vision for the product
- Contact the clients and defining their needs
- Contribute to the product roadmap and backlog
- Maintain and update the product documentation
- Conduct and moderate meetings (daily, planning, retro)
- Assure high team performance and morale

You are the ideal candidate if you have
- 4+ years of experience as Project Manager / Product Owner in IT
- Education or practical knowledge in the field of IT
- Desire and willingness to develop in managing projects using agile methodologies
- Experience in dealing with business clients
- Ability to effectively combine customer needs with team capabilities
- Basic understanding of business analysis principles
- Practical knowledge of Jira software
- Communication skills, independence, and the ability to motivate a team
- Proficiency in English (at least C1 level)
