IT Product Trainer

Help us achieve our ambitious goals by joining our team as IT Product Trainer who will take care of providing high-quality training in the use of products from the Resabee Travel Tech portfolio for our customers

What you will do:

• Analysis of training needs
• Creating and updating training programs and materials for different users
• Organization and conducting of training (online and offline) for customers and end-users
• Providing technical and substantive support to training participants after the course
• Cooperation with the Technical and Product Team, as well as the Marketing and Sales Department
• Supporting new customers in the process of software implementation, assistance in configuring the system and training in basic functionalities

• Experience in conducting product training
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel and IT industry
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with different groups of clients and adapt teaching methods to their needs
• Ability to learn independently and gain knowledge about Resabee Travel Tech products
• Proactivity in problem solving and stress resistance
• Fluency in Polish and English ( minimum B2 level, spoken and written)
