The main goals for the travel agency were to build a path of loyalty for existing and new customers, reduce online advertising costs and automate direct communication. In turn, the travel agency's customers have quick access to search for offers, bookings (including travel documents such as airline tickets), instant payments, and the use of additional services. During the trip, the application acts as a personal travel assistant, which helps to contact the tour representative, informs about the trip schedule and additional attractions in the destination. To achieve these goals, Itaka decided to create a mobile application that, at the same time, will bring benefits to the travel agency and the users themselves. The application is fully integrated with the website and reservation system.
