Performance Marketing Specialist

What you will do

Running and optimizing campaigns: Ongoing management of Google Ads and Meta Ads (FB/IG) campaigns in line with the agreed budget and strategy.

Supporting app promotion: Implementing activities to promote mobile apps (in Google, Meta, and Apple Search Ads environments).

Implementation of email marketing activities: Handling newsletter mailings, setting up segmentation, and implementing ready-made automation scenarios and A/B tests.

Handling external cooperation: Contacting affiliate partners and accounting for the results of their activities, monitoring cooperation with external clients.

Basic analytics and reporting: Reading data from GA4 and Looker Studio, analyzing purchase paths, and preparing campaign effectiveness reports (KPIs).

Budget cooperation: Monitoring expenses and ensuring cost effectiveness (ROAS/ROI), participating in campaign expense planning.

Environment analysis: Observing competitors' activities and market trends.

Teamwork: Working closely with the Content, SEO, and UX departments and supporting an experienced SEM team (which you will join) in daily planning and task execution.
Skills
You are the ideal candidate if you have
-
Experience: Practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads advertising panels (experience in setting up and optimizing campaigns independently) – minimum 3 years.

Data skills: Ability to read and interpret data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – we are looking for someone who can draw logical conclusions, not just generate tables.

Digital skills: Comfortable navigating online tools and open to using AI in marketing.

Language: Good knowledge of English (enabling work on foreign advertising accounts and communication).

Personality traits: Accuracy, reliability, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
Nice to have
- Google and related certifications.

Experience in running campaigns in foreign markets.

Experience in running mobile app campaigns.

Knowledge of other PPC platforms.

Knowledge of email marketing tools.

Knowledge of the tourism industry.
