Project Manager

We are currently looking for 3 Project Managers with Product Owner skills for 3 different projects: delivering a platform for comparing hotel costs, creating an end-user reporting tool, and a Travel Communication Module – a solution that automates communication with travel agency customers across all key channels.

What you will do 

• Defining the product vision and roadmap

• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing features

• Leading the project team (developers, testers, analysts)

• Cooperating with the sales, customer service, IT, and marketing departments

• Ensuring timely project delivery within budget

• Conducting meetings with stakeholders and presenting progress reports

• Managing risk and change in the project

• Ensuring compliance of the solution with legal regulations

• 3–5 years of experience in IT project management

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role, responsible for product backlog

• Knowledge of the tourism industry, e-commerce, or booking systems

• Very good knowledge of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (Waterfall, Prince2) methodologies

• Ability to create and manage product backlog

• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira)

• Understanding of booking system architecture and integration with external systems (booking systems)

• Knowledge of SQL, REST API

• Ability to conduct requirements workshops with stakeholders

• Experience in business process analysis and optimization

• Ability to create project documentation

• Basic knowledge of UX/UI

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Analytical skills and structural thinking

• Ability to manage a project team (5-10 people)

• Assertiveness in decision-making and conflict resolution

• Ability to work under time pressure and manage priorities
