Project Manager (CRM)
Job description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Product Owner competencies to support the development and implementation of a modern CRM system in the travel industry. If you enjoy combining project management with real product ownership and tangible impact – this role is for you.
What you will do
- Define the product vision and CRM module development roadmap
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features
- Lead a cross-functional project team (5–10 people)
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, IT, and marketing teams
- Ensure timely project delivery within budget
- Organize stakeholder meetings and present project progress
- Manage project risks, change, and compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR, security standards)
Skills
You are the ideal candidate if you have
- Have 3–5 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 2 CRM or booking system projects
- Have proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, managing a product backlog
- Understand the travel industry, e-commerce, or booking systems
- Are well-versed in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (Waterfall, Prince2)
- Are proficient in project management tools such as Jira
- Understand CRM system architecture and integration with external systems
- Can conduct requirements workshops, analyze and optimize business processes, and create project documentation
- Possess strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Work effectively under pressure and manage priorities
Extra points

Experience with system integration projects and legacy systems
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (collaboration with international vendors)

Experience in IT project budgeting
- Knowledge of GDPR and data security requirements in tourism
- Ability to conduct end-user training
- Relevant certifications: PSM I/II, PSPO, PMP, Prince2
- Basic knowledge of SQL and REST API
- Understanding of travel sales processes (package offers, dynamic packaging, customer service workflows)
